    I just got SCREWED by your store again. I found that I was not credited for points/sales. I was just at your salon for a cut. I went to purchase a shampoo that was signed on sale for 19.99, from $40.00. The computer only took off $8.00. The person would not honour the sign. I worked enough retail to know that you must legally honor the sign. Prior to my hair appointment, I purchased a pair of slacks. Due to a lack of honouring the sale sign, I returned the slacks before I left the store. This is why you’re going out of business. If I find another stylist prior to my next appointment, you will never see my business again. I don’t deal with businesses that deal dirty. 410 501 4392

  3. I would like to talk about your helpful customer at the store. His name is Mr Ken. At the JCPenney store in Spotsylvania Mall in VA, he was invaluable this past Monday, President’s Day. He was very helpful and did all he could to find out about a shirt that I wanted but was not on top of the pile. After searching and searching, he saw that there was only one remaining in my size and offered to go back and look through the same pile again. There was my size and shirt colour I wanted sitting at the bottom of the pile. I almost left the store but was hesitant and wanted to hear what he found. Otherwise, I would be gone and disappointed. Thanks, Mr Ken. With that, I do get emails to my email address online, but I did not have my phone with me, so he had a discount for even less on the shirts I wanted. I am a faithful shopper of JCP. I do have 1 question, though; I was looking for the MW Mens Black Jeans in the 40×32 size but saw that they were nowhere in all the MW jeans. Why is that? I don’t wear them extra large in the waist. They did have 42×32. I would have purchased more that day if my size was there. I was told to check out the site and maybe be there. I agreed. Thanks, JCP and Mr Ken. Keep up the good work.

  4. I forgot to mention that I was at the Kerrville, TX, JCPenney Store, and the sales associate who assisted me was named Emily. I was looking for bedding for a family member I had just taken to a nursing home. Noticing I was stressed, Emily suggested what sheets and comforters I might like, and I quickly chose the perfect items. She then went to the register with me and checked me out. Emily was caring and professional and made my shopping experience stress-free. You are lucky to have her as an employee.

I tried to make an even exchange, but I had to return my online items and then repurchase them. I also had to make a payment for the items I bought online, which I received 3 days prior. You can’t get in touch with someone to help you, and the “team member” on the phone is. Calling for a supervisor in the store for assistance produced no one! You get paid more to be a “supervisor”, so be a supervisor and help your staff and your customers!!! I will probably never shop online or in-store again. It is not worth the hassle! If the “team member” had a name tag on, I would give her more than five stars for her help in trying to make a poor situation better. Do better, JCPenney!

Marcia is always pleasant and greets people as they arrive. She handles returns with precision and knowledge. I have visited your other stores, and they lack the expertise that Marcia possesses, and they are barely pleasant. Please pass this information along. The attendant helped me carry the merchandise and provided me with a dressing room that included a chair to make trying on clothes easier. She was very patient and kind. Additionally, I would like to commend the cashier, Amamdeep, who was very helpful. One item was more expensive than I thought, so I told her I didn’t want it.   34. I shop at the Algonquin, IL store and whenever possible, seek out SHAILAJA. Just today, she helped me determine the best price for an item I was purchasing. She also placed an order for me for two more of the same item in two different sizes that were not on the rack in my local store. SHAILAJA is experienced with price adjustments, using sale prices, rewards and special offers for cardholders. She always greets me with a smile or a wave when she sees me in the store, asking how I have been and if there’s anything else she can do for me at checkout. She is truly a top-notch customer service and cashier, reflecting well on JCPenney.
