After entering the access code, click “Next” to proceed to the JCP survey questionnaire page. A series of questions based on the recent store visit will be displayed on the screen.
Answer all the questions based on your experience, and try not to share false answers. Your feedback is vital for improving the JCP department store.
Completing the survey takes about four minutes. Then, note the 15% off coupon code on your receipt and redeem it within 30 days of completing the JCP survey.

I want to submit two receipts -surveys, but it doesn’t allow me to. Plus, the website is the same as the website posted on my receipt. I think the employees should get some type of bonus for receiving survey responses.

I hope this finds Sylvia (jewellery manager) at Westfield Mall in Palm Desert, CA. I didn’t have a great experience at Zales with my wedding band, which was purchased last year for my anniversary. I went back to Zales and sold it back; this is when I was recommended to get a better quality ring and more for my money. I purchased a new thicker wedding band and was delighted with what I purchased ( not to mention I saved some money always a plus). The saleswoman Maria rang me up for my ring after helping me choose the perfect one. After we discussed which one I would choose, I was thrilled. Especially since I was expecting to get a ring on the 18th(again, I am very happy it would be here in a timely manner). It didn’t happen. I was depressed, but I thought things happen. It was the holidays. This was when I called to do a follow-up, but the sales associates were impatient, rushing me and coming off like I was annoying them. This is when I spoke with Sylvia, and then I told her about my issue and how her salespeople were acting. She turned everything around with her professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. She explained everything that wasn’t adequately explained, and I didn’t feel like just a customer who had sold an item without any care. So, I didn’t get my ring on the 4th of Feb (when Sylvia called to tell me that it had arrived), but I picked it up on the 8th of Feb. I spoke with her to tell her I TRULY, HONESTLY THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. What felt like forever made it feel ok to know sometimes things happen, but she didn’t forget about me as a customer but, most importantly, as a person. She made me trust shopping in JcPenney again. You all have chosen the right person for the job, and it shows. So, again, thank you SYLVIA YOU ROCK.

Ramita was the customer representative who assisted us. She directed us to all the areas of the store when we were searching for items and processed our checkout. She was so good that she convinced my husband to get a credit card.
I may not have mentioned that we were at the Westnedge Crossroads Mall store. Ramita was fabulous!
Olivia, at the Arrowhead Town Center Mall store in Glendale, AZ., was so patient, friendly, and helpful during our first visit several weeks ago. We went back today for her help. She is an asset to the store and especially to the men’s department.
The store person who checked me out was Pinky. She was very friendly and helpful.
Ivelissa is always very helpful and friendly. Whenever I’m at JC Penny in Dadeland, I look for her. She advises me on what tone of makeup looks good on me and whatever else she can help me with she does. I wish I had someone like her in every store I go to. Thank you, Ivelissa.
Pedro was such a professional and super-friendly photographer! He was GREAT with all 3 of my kids (1, 2 and 8 years old)! The entire session was a breeze! Your Survey process is not user-friendly; just saying. Both my sister and I were at the JCPenneys (Westfield Mall in Palm Desert). A John Dovcette assisted us and was such a delight; if I could find where to put his ratings, it would be an outstanding 10. My access code is 2096 091 5268 022025 1528 8. I hope this comment gets recognized and he gets the recognition he so greatly deserves. Please, Please, Please make your survey page more user-friendly.
I had to search the entire store for a cashier, but none was available. The only place available was the pickup and returns department. There, I met an invaluable employee, Zia. She helped me find my coupons on my cell phone, and I was able to make my purchase. If it weren’t for Zia, I would have walked out of the store without making the purchase.
I was in the Orchard Plaza store on 2/14/2025; one of the east handicapped doors has not been functioning for a while. Richard greeted me; shortly after entering the store, I reported the issue with the door to him, and he immediately reported the issue to the store manager, Shayna. He reported to me Shayna was placing a work order right away to repair the door. This is the kind of service I always receive at this store.

Mala at the Kalispell, Montana, location is always very friendly and helpful. She has worked at that location for years, and I feel like she is my attendant at times 🙂 Yay, Mala!!! Also, the young gentleman working in the men’s department has helped my fiance and stepson find nice clothes for a wedding. He helped with shoes, belts, pants, ties, and jackets for both of them. He spent at least 45 minutes getting them all dressed up for the event. I was not there and do not know his name, but it’s the Kalispell, Montana, location. I love this store!!! I do not like Kohls!!!!

I wish checkout and fitting room signs were more evident. This was my first time at the store, and I asked another shopper where to go. But when I found an employee, Lily, at the checkout, she was invaluable and nice. I will shop there again soon.
Kurtis helped me and greeted me at the Prescott store. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. I would look for him upon return to the store to help me. I have been very disappointed in the recent past with the lack of personnel in the store departments to

I tried several times to access your receipt survey, but the website did not work. When I attempted to log in, it looped me back to the JCP store home page. If you truly want customer feedback, the website definitely needs to be working!
On February 22, 2025, I purchased several items at the Northridge, California store, and I was fortunate enough to have Charles help me. He has helped me before, and he is very efficient and friendly, and he has a great personality. He always helps me with my coupons, and even though I do not shop in the men’s department, I always look for him. I must highlight Nicholas’s fantastic service! He was incredibly kind and courteous, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
I needed assistance with men’s dress attire and didn’t know where to start. He patiently helped me from start to finish. Not to mention, my day wasn’t going as planned, but his friendliness definitely changed the course of things. Because of his warmth, I’m definitely looking forward to returning! I am sharing my experience at the JC Penney store at 11325 Lincoln Highway in Mokena, Illinois. I was greeted by every employee that passed me. I was asked if I needed any help when I had questions about my coupons. A lovely lady in the men’s dept. Answered everything for me—no lines at checkout. A very friendly and helpful cashier by the name of Rose was so lovely. She used my coupons without any problems and offered gift receipts. I will always come to this store because of the outstanding employees who are always smiling and offering help.
I had a great experience today when I visited my neighbourhood JCP store, located at 1600 Orchard Gateway Blvd, in North Aurora, IL 60542. I went there because I routinely purchased dress shoes, as I’d done over the years when I was in corporate. Now recently retired, I’ve decided to dress more casually but still must not be too casual, so I purchased two sets of Chelsea Boots (1 black & 1Tan) and 22 Xersion Xtreme Tee Shirts for wear with sports coats and slacks. The knowledgeable associate who assisted me was Kenzie. He was very attentive to my needs and reminded me to utilise my JCP card, which I did, and received great value for doing so.
Kenzie was pleasant to work with, and she had a fantastic attitude. Her work ethic was evident in her willingness to provide great service. Though this is the first time she’s assisted me, I’ve grown accustomed to this type of friendly yet professional service whenever I’m within the store here at home or in various other states when I endeavoured to visit a JCP store during business travel. I’m genuinely pleased to have a store location so readily accessible to me! As I’ve always said, “Maintain the momentum”!
Today was one of the very best shopping experiences I’ve ever had with JCPenney!😉 Crystal and JR at the Polo Grounds Store in Memphis, TN, were very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about store policies, coupons and how to cash out transactions. They made my day, and I can’t thank them or JCPenney enough for employing them. Their customer service was impeccable and unmatched with what I’ve had to encounter in some other stores. It is very frustrating when you want us to take a satisfaction survey for my JCPenney experience, and I want the wonderful salesperson to get credit for being so helpful. Still, your survey did not ask one question regarding the associate who helped me, my experience purchasing store items, or anything related to the associate. I shopped at the JCPenney store in Eau Claire, WI. Georgia was the store associate in the Jewelry department.
